Haldan respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any information shared during the course of our work. This includes personal information, business details, technical data, and project files provided by clients.

Any information submitted through this website, email, or direct communication—such as names, contact details, drawings, models, specifications, or project requirements—is used solely for the purpose of providing CAD and engineering-related services. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties unless required to complete the agreed work or required by law.

All project files and technical data are treated as confidential. Client files are stored internally and maintained separately from other projects and clients. These files are retained for revision support, record keeping, and continuity of service. Reasonable measures are taken to protect stored data; however, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Project files, drawings, and models will not be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes without prior client confirmation. Clients will be asked for permission before any project is displayed, and they have the right to decline without impact on current or future services. When permission is granted, all identifying details, proprietary information, and sensitive data will be removed unless explicitly approved in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their original intellectual property. Haldan does not claim ownership of client designs, concepts, or data provided during a project.

Clients may request removal of stored project files at any time after project completion. Upon request, files will be deleted from internal records unless retention is required for legal or contractual reasons.
