Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered if a project is canceled before completion. If work has already begun, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Once a project is completed and files have been delivered, refunds are not provided unless the delivered work clearly fails to meet the originally agreed scope.

Revisions are provided to address reasonable issues or adjustments within the original project scope. Up to two revisions are included at no additional cost. Additional revisions, or requests that fall outside the original scope, may be subject to additional fees at our discretion.

All CAD work is produced using client-provided requirements, dimensions, and constraints. While care is taken to meet a basic professional standard, Haldan is not responsible for verifying structural integrity, safety, regulatory compliance, or real-world performance unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Final verification, testing, and application of the design remain the responsibility of the client.
