Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 21, 2026
Haldan provides custom CAD and documentation services. Because time is reserved and work is created for each client's specific project, refunds depend on when a cancellation occurs and how much work has been completed.
Before work begins
If the client cancels before Haldan begins work, amounts paid will be refunded, less any nonrecoverable third-party fees or costs disclosed to the client.
After work begins
Once work begins, deposits and progress payments are nonrefundable to the extent they cover work already performed, reserved project time, or approved third-party expenses. If payments exceed the value of work performed and committed costs, Haldan will refund the unused balance.
Completed or delivered work
Payments for completed work, approved milestones, and delivered custom files are nonrefundable. A client's change of mind, change in project direction, or decision not to manufacture a design does not make completed work refundable.
Revisions and errors
Included revisions will be stated in the quote. If a deliverable does not match the approved written scope because of Haldan's error, notify us within 10 business days of delivery. Haldan will first be given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Changes to client-provided information, new requirements, preference changes, or requests outside the approved scope are not errors and may require an additional quote.
Missed schedules
Delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless a written agreement expressly guarantees a deadline. If Haldan determines it cannot complete the agreed scope, the parties may approve a revised schedule or Haldan will refund the portion paid for work not completed.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@haldan.org with the project or invoice number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
Project-specific written terms control if they differ from this general Policy.
